Vocare is an AI-conversational career/interview practice app sold as a $29 one-time lifetime fee, not a subscription — 7 of its 12 planned modules (M0-M5, M2.1) are built and live, with progress tracking (M6) actively in development.
- The core conversation engine never surfaces a score, grade, or evaluative language mid-session — called the product's central point of differentiation from subscription competitors that judge in real time.
- A live, per-turn crisis-safety check runs independently of the async coaching pipeline, since an open-ended "talk about your career" format can surface real distress a scripted chatbot wouldn't.
- A fair-use velocity cap protects the $29-lifetime-unlimited model from the kind of runaway-cost failure mode an uncapped unlimited lifetime offer can create.
