Farpost's rebuild lives in its own separate, gitignored repository, so this page can't show line-by-line test-suite output the way this site's own Dev Log can for its own code.

What's true today: the rebuild's early auth and building-record logic is being ported deliberately, feature by feature, off the original system's already-proven behavior rather than written from a blank slate — each ported piece is checked against how the original system actually behaves before being considered done.

A more detailed, project-specific testing narrative will move here once the rebuild has enough surface area to make one honest.
